As you're aware, running an Amazon account can be very complex and time-consuming.

It's all too easy to mess something up and have no idea how to fix it. You can't afford to take your eyes off the road, even for an evening or weekend.

We've seen client after client who have been overly worried about the unknown. The first thing we want you to know is, worrying isn't going to help. You have to either take action to prevent issues and protect and grow your account or, you can just wing it and not worry about it at all. But, the worry won't help anything and the stress usually causes health problems and lack of effectiveness in problem solving.

Concerned about what could be wrong with your account? It is a constant challenge to run an Amazon account and not just anyone can do it.

Could you lose everything tomorrow? The reality is...yes, you can. Your entire livelihood could be gone in a heartbeat. Where there is great opportunity, there is both great risk and great reward. Sellers are choosing to take risks because the opportunity is too good to pass up. As an Amazon Seller, you know how all-consuming your account can be. No matter how much you try or who you hire and train, it can still be challenging to keep up with all the details. Just because you are in risky territory, doesn't mean you need to leave everything to chance. You can take many proactive steps to protect your account and maintain some peace of mind.

Our Account Health Assessments include the following:
  1. Summary Report with highlighted areas needing addressed
  2. We provide the opportunity for you to take any detailed notes you need. You or your team are welcome to record screen and audio.
  3. We’ll review, assess and provide detailed answers regarding your current account health, recommended areas of improvement, and any issues of immediate concern.
  4. You and your business partners or team are able to ask all the questions you ever wanted to ask. For any questions unable to be answered on the call, we’ll follow up with references or referrals.

Access to expert outside perspective can be so helpful in life and business. A great deal can be covered in a one hour session. If you are running a larger account or have had issues in the past, you will likely need a two hour consultation.

Our consultations are live phone calls with a seasoned veteran who is skilled in examining accounts. We utilize remote desktop software (typically Teamviewer.com) to review your account at the same time that you are. We navigate your account and show you where to go and how to get there. As surprising as it may seem, we've had many clients express they didn't even know certain areas of their accounts existed.

During the call, the option is available to spot check every aspect of setup, examine for best practices, make recommendations for improvement, for increased margins, decreased risk, new opportunities, and what to avoid. Our hourly rate is $250. You can book as many hours as needed, if booked in advance.

To receive priority support (nights, weekends, or priority scheduling) the rates may be doubled.
